BTW, I wonder whether the comment below about the Firefox kiosk mode still applies. I think we simply decided to drop the kiosk mode for other reasons.

Problem
In some cases, Firefox cannot connect to the Agama web server. We suspect that it is a timing issue (see this example).
Solution
Make sure Agama web server is listening before starting Firefox.
