Fix answers file parsing

Problem

This is the expected format of the answers file:

{"answers":[
{"answer": "Trust", "class": "software.import_gpg", "name": "CA" },
{"answer": "Trust", "class": "software.import_gpg", "name": "ai" }
]}

However, in SLES 16.1 Agama expects:

[
{"answer": "Trust", "class": "software.import_gpg", "name": "CA" },
{"answer": "Trust", "class": "software.import_gpg", "name": "ai" }
]

Solution

Adapt parsing to work like SLE 16.0.
