Fix for bsc#1259311 workaround

Problem

In #3248 we do not check whether the release package could be selected. It causes the
software section to report problems when not even the base product can be selected
(see bsc#1258034).

Solution

• Try to select the release package and report the problem.
• Refactor the code to make it easier to remove the workaround in the future.

there is method for it..so you can use

if selection.selected() {
                          return Some(name.clone())
}
