The recent versions agree: - clang19, available in SLE 15 and Leap 15 - clang21, in Tumbleweed, used in CI Previously this was formatted for clang17. Hope it will not change its mind much in upcoming versions

Problem
As brought up by @jreidinger (thanks!) and discussed on daily calls, we have been merging Rust code with warnings. We shouldn't have, it is well known that it is bad, and an easy solution exists.
Solution
-D warnings, meaning "deny warnings". Previously it would show them but exit with a successful status code.make check) for the rust/zypp-agama/zypp-agama-sys/c-layer partAlso fix the existing warnings first.
