As a first step towards a more driven workflow starting at overview. To do so, now each "Page" component is responsible of build its own header.
No longer needed with the new interface workflow. Commit also adapts some missing parts to the new approach.
After adjusting the confirmation page wording to act as a neutral entry point and gatekeeper.
Adds the system information as well as links to different sections
But only when there are destructive actions planned.
Drop the previously broken and no longer useful behavior of the header Install button when issues are present, and make the overview page aware of those issues so it can disable the actual install button. The header button now simply navigates to the overview page
To at least display the header and progess when there is no proposal.
Restructure the available internal layouts and start using props for conditionally mount some components instead of relying on the route. Still work in progress.
Among other changes like relocating the summary components. Check diff for more details.
Drop dead code and update tests
Also rename BootSelection and SpacePolicySelection to add the Page suffix.
It replaces divider with a hardcoded styles because rendering problems in firefox

## Problem Some pages were not update to the latest look&feel introduced at #3009 along with a better overview page and confirmation dialog. ## Solution Make them match the new look&feel progressively.

After revamping the Overview page and install confirmation dialog, we realize that a cleaner, hopefully more usable interface is now possible. This PR start adapting components to make it real.
