recast rebuilds the parser input with os.EOL line endings, so on Windows babel's token offsets index a CRLF reconstruction while `_code` keeps the original LF source. ConfigFile._inferQuotes() indexed the original source with those offsets, misread both quote counts, and printed newly generated nodes with double quotes, failing 12 automigrate/codemod unit tests. Count each string literal's raw quote character from the AST instead of token offsets, and sample it at parse time so later mutations (e.g. cleanupTypeImports removing the last string literal) cannot change how newly generated nodes are quoted. The builder-webpack5 test asserted the raw (double-escaped) import specifier against real-path regexes; on Windows the generated literal intentionally contains doubled backslashes. Animation start events rescan the document, so large animation sets could finish and record the same animations hundreds of times. Track animations already controlled by the current pause cycle while still allowing restarted animations to be handled again.
