General
* Return a proper error when `UPDATE`, `DELETE` or `MERGE` are executed on a materialized view.
  Previously, a "Table not found" was returned. ({issue}`14062`)

I'm not sure we'd need to include this one. If it was already an error, there's no material change in behavior, and users will organically benefit from the change if they bump into the error.

I think we were just ignoring the failures and proceeding as if they hadn't happened. I'm not sure what the downstream implications of that are.
