Return media_content_id as string in forked_daapd

Proposed change

Fix media_content_id property in the forked_daapd (OwnTone) media player to return str | None instead of int, matching the MediaPlayerEntity base class contract.

The property was returning the raw integer item_id from the player data. This causes downstream integrations (e.g., Music Assistant) to crash when calling string methods like .startswith() on the value.

Returns None when no track is playing (item_id == 0) instead of "0".
