Use asyncio.get_running_loop() in emulated_hue UPnP responder

The async_create_upnp_datagram_endpoint function in the emulated_hue integration uses asyncio.get_event_loop() which has been deprecated since Python 3.10 and will raise RuntimeError in a future Python version.

Since this is an async def function, there is always a running event loop. Replaced with asyncio.get_running_loop() which is the idiomatic choice inside coroutines.
