Complete exception translations for Indevolt

Proposed change

Modified three exceptions not having translation keys yet and aligned tests accordingly. Kept original placeholders in the exception translations to ensure UX by having proper / clear information on the occurred issue. This closes the quality scale requirement for exception translations.
