Bump serialx to 1.7.2

Proposed change

Bump serialx from 1.7.1 to 1.7.2. This incorporates the following releases:

• https://github.com/puddly/serialx/releases/tag/v1.7.2

This fixes a crash when USB-to-serial adapters report an actual hardware baud rate (e.g. 115384 computed from clock divisors) instead of the exact requested rate. The sentinel-based search for termios2 speed field offsets failed in that case with "Could not determine offset of termios2 speed fields". The fix replaces it with hardcoded struct offsets matching the known termios2 layout (same approach as pyserial).
