Revert to use tty7 (gh##1582) as a graphical one again.

openQA tty expectations for an installer were always in this tty (SLES
and openSUSE).
The change to tty2 created an sporadic failure (possibly a race
condition) assigning tty2 as a non-grafical one anyway in ppc64le and
aarch64.
The change was introduced in #1592
and it is blocking/slowing down our testing effort with agama.
Examples:
- https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/4489125#step/boot_agama/6
Confirmed with the developer that it can also happens in x86_64.
