  • Update the crates using cargo update
  • Disable automatic update in the OBS service file

Disable automatic crate update in OBS
0a0e3e6 
Use the versions from the Cargo.lock file to have
consistent builds. If a crate needs to be updated
run `cargo update` in Git and commit the changes.
