fix(mobile): installs skip the Enriched math download again

Enriched's postinstall only read the enableMath: false opt-out from INIT_CWD/package.json, which is the repo root in our pnpm workspace. It skipped the enriched-markdown block in apps/mobile/package.json, so every install downloaded RaTeX anyway.

Upstream fixed this in software-mansion/enriched-markdown#977. This PR syncs our fork with that fix:

• Merged upstream main (9684fdf) into fork/t3-mobile with no conflicts, then repacked it as 1.2.0-t3.11 (3824d11).
• The merge also brings in upstream's Android fix that keeps inline code styled inside headings and list items (5cc5f96, software-mansion/enriched-markdown#938).
• t3-fork.json now points at pingdotgg/enriched-markdown instead of the old personal fork URL.

Compared with t3.10, the tarball changes only the postinstall script, the four Android span files, the docs, and the version metadata. Native clients need a rebuild to pick up the Android change.

Verification: vp i now logs math disabled via package.json ("enriched-markdown".enableMath = false); skipping RaTeX. and the installed package contains no RaTeX artifacts. vp test run src/lib/enrichedLinkPresentation.test.ts passes.
