feat(mobile): stock tab bar, glass filter pills, and saved list filters

The phone tab bar looked off next to stock iOS apps: no labels, a custom-width bar, and a hand-built compose button with an oversized icon. The filter pills were flat, the filter strip had too much padding around it, and filters reset on every launch.

Changes

• Tab bar is UIKit's own, with Threads / Pulls labels. Compose is UIKit's detached search-role tab (same control as Photos' search). It never gets selected and opens the new-chat sheet instead. This uses the role: "search" support from the t3.25 Screens fork (chore(mobile): sync Screens fork with upstream v5 fixes #18396), and drops the custom tabBarLeadingWidth / trailing-action props.
• Filter pills are Liquid Glass, tinted with the primary color when active, with a solid fallback where glass is unavailable. The filter strip has less padding above and below.
• Thread filters (environment, project) and pull request list filters (environment, plus per-environment state / involvement / labels / author / drafts / reviews / checks / project / sort) live in mobile preferences, so they restore on the next launch. Stored values are validated with schemas on load. A saved project stays selected while its environment is offline, instead of being cleared.
• Bumps the Screens fork to 5.0.0-t3.26 (4dd10b6), which reverts the leading tab bar width and trailing action commits (bda1e5fa, 3ea8a551, 505e8bb0, fad4a983, about 240 lines of native tab host code). The tab host files are back to upstream. Shipped binaries that still contain that code just stop calling it.

Verified on the iOS 27 simulator: tab labels, compose opens the new-chat sheet, project filter survives an app relaunch. Pull request filter persistence is covered by the preference sanitizing test but not exercised on device.
