Bump hatasmota to 0.0.29

Bump hatasmota from 0.0.27 to 0.0.29 and adjust + add tests
0.0.28 improves status sensors and fixes switchmodes 13 and 14 (pushon)
0.0.29 adds an additional status sensor and addresses some review comments

Also make sure to poll states every time a device reports it's online.
