Description
The PR adds python script
setup_phase3.pytoush/ufoevalalong with two configuration yamls and one README. Users edit the yamls to configure a GSI or JEDI based atmospheric DA stand-alone job. Scriptsetup_phase3.pyreads the specified configuration yaml, stages files in the run directory, and creates a run script.Companion PRs
