…(l2) product in the yaml and obsprep config files and passively processes these observations. The tropical moorings and surface drifter configuration files are also added and are consistent with the bufr2ioda converters for the daily obs tank.

I'm puzzled about the new json files - I thought Ed converted everything to yamls and the json files were either obsolete or just there to provide input to convert to yamls
@AndrewEichmann-NOAA That may be. I simply mimicked what was already in the bufr2ioda subdirectory for the other in situ obs. If others agree that these json files are obsolete now, then I can remove these files. |
I think there are a bunch left converted and not ready to be tested, that is, anything with a json file and no corresponding yaml. |
