Summary: ## Description This PR introduces manual product and coupon sync buttons to the "Troubleshooting" drawer under the "Shops" tab in the enhanced settings UI. The buttons have three states: "Sync now" (enabled), "Syncing..." (disabled), "Sync completed" (disabled), and "Sync failed" (enabled).
