The removal of redundant docs left some dangling links. This commit changes the links to point to the web site. Note: There is still a dangling link to doc/avahi.md in README.md but there is no matching documentation on the web site.

#1799 fixed several broken links in our README files. However, the link about Avahi was not fixed because there is nothing in the documentation site to link to. Thus we have added a [remote access](agama-project/agama-project.github.io#29) section to the documentation site and now we can link to that document.
