#1799 fixed several broken links in our README files. However, the link about Avahi was not fixed because there is nothing in the documentation site to link to. Thus we have added a [remote access](agama-project/agama-project.github.io#29) section to the documentation site and now we can link to that document.

As reported in agama-project/agama#1799, the Avahi/mDNS documentation is
missing. This PR adds it back as the "Remote access" section of the user's documentation.
