fix(web): worktree threads warn when the checkout branch changes

Worktree threads can remember a branch after their checkout has moved. Extend the existing branch-change notice to established worktrees and adopt the observed checkout branch on the next send, preserving the worktree attachment. Local checkouts keep Restore branch; worktrees do not offer it because switching them could affect sibling threads.

Rebuilt from @tris203’s #14883, preserving the contributor commits. The same resolver covers composer and sidebar warnings, excludes new worktree base selection, and ignores cached temporary branches from before automatic naming. Regular sends, commands, resume, plan follow-up, new plan threads and app messages use the observed branch. App messages now use the existing settings helper, also saving runtime and interaction modes before queuing their turn.

Partially addresses #5496. This uses existing cached Git status: an external terminal switch may remain unseen until status refreshes. It adds no per-send status request or checkout lock, and does not resynchronize held messages when they are later released.

Verification: 211 focused tests pass in the two existing logic suites (merged PoC 212; current main 211). Both retained behavior regressions fail against main: worktree warning eligibility and branch-only metadata that preserves the attachment. Temporary-rename suppression was mutation-checked without adding another test. Scoped lint, type-aware lint, formatting, and web typecheck pass; four existing unused-import warnings remain in the test file. Independent Claude Opus 5.5 and Codex GPT-6 Sol reviews found no blockers in round one.

Live isolated Linux web proof: two threads share a disposable real Git worktree and record feature/original, while its checkout is feature/actual-checkout. Main shows no notice. This head shows the notice and next-branch tooltip with no Restore action. Sending through the real client and Codex provider adopts feature/actual-checkout and retains the identical worktree path; the sibling retains feature/original. The provider reports the expected branch and directory, with both Git checkouts clean. Local Restore and notice dismissal also worked.

Plan-child and app-message paths were traced and typechecked but not exercised live. No macOS, Windows, Electron desktop, iOS, Android, or remote/relay/tunnel integrated session was verified. Web and desktop share this UI; mobile has a separate client and no equivalent existing local notice. No provider adapter, server or wire contract changed.
