fix(server): select linked files when revealing on Linux

On Linux, Reveal in Files opens only the parent folder, leaving the linked file unselected. Try the standard org.freedesktop.FileManager1.ShowItems API first, with an escaped file URI. Retain the folder fallback when the helper is absent, rejects the request, fails to spawn or stalls. The selection probe has a two-second deadline and a further one-second force-kill limit.

Fixes #14043. The Linux path also applies to WSLg when Windows interop is unavailable.

Verification:

• Focused launcher suite: 61 passed, 2 Windows-only smoke tests skipped. Original PR: 61 registered; current main: 58; takeover: 63. All main cases are retained, including its missing-helper fallback. Both new selection cases fail against exact main production.
• Server typecheck, targeted production/test lint and formatting pass. One fresh full-diff review round by Codex and Claude found no code blockers.
• Headless production-service check with real gdbus and a private-session FileManager1 fixture: the correct URI is received, rejection falls back to the containing folder, and a SIGTERM-resistant helper is terminated before fallback. External cancellation also kills the helper and does not open a folder. Exact main makes no D-Bus selection call and opens the folder instead.

A slow D-Bus activation can finish after the selection deadline, so it may open a second window after the folder fallback. We retain the bounded wait rather than leave reveal hanging.

No graphical file manager was launched. Visual selection in Nautilus, Dolphin or another actual file manager remains unverified. Real WSLg/Windows interop, macOS, Windows, Electron, iOS and Android were not exercised on this headless Linux machine. The private D-Bus service is a protocol fixture, not a screenshot or claim of desktop verification.

Credit to @AksharP5 for the original fix in #14044. The takeover preserves contributor commits and merges current main without rewriting history.
