We hard-code merger functions for merging up to 5 AST node visitor functions. This seems a reasonable number as it's common for many rules to visit the same AST node types. However, 5 seems excessive for CFG event handlers, as using the CFG is far less common. Reduce it to 3. In the rare case that merger functions for number of CFG event handlers above this number are required, they'll be dynamically generated.
