This PR optimizes token deserialization in oxlint by avoiding an extra string allocation when handling PrivateIdentifier tokens (those that start with #).
Changes:
- Removes the intermediate
value.slice(1)for private identifiers by slicing the source text fromstart + 1up front. - Keeps existing unescape behavior for identifier-like tokens (Identifier/Keyword/PrivateIdentifier) intact.

Nice! Slicing a string does indeed create another heap allocation, which is unnecessary.
I've pushed another commit to make it branchless.
