This PR fixes oxfmt’s CLI glob expansion behavior so that expanding user-provided glob patterns does not accidentally include files under VCS internal directories (and node_modules by default), aligning discovery behavior with the main directory walk and Prettier’s ignore semantics (Fixes #20036).
