docs(linter): Improve docs for unicorn/require-post-message-target-origin rule.

Improve the diagnostic with a link to the MDN article.

Also note that the rule has cases it is not capable of handling correctly without type information, and as such may not be a good idea to enable in cases where postMessage() may be used elsewhere. See sindresorhus/eslint-plugin-unicorn#1396 for reference.
