What?

Follow up to #84696 and #84700.

Removes the field definitions from @wordpress/fields now that they live in the @wordpress/core-fields script modules, along with the types and stylesheet imports that only existed for them. After this PR the package exports only MediaEdit and MediaEditProps.

Why?

Since #84700 every screen reads its fields from the server through the Entity fields API, whose defaults are registered by @wordpress/core-fields. The copies in @wordpress/fields were left unused, and the editor and several routes still imported the package (or its stylesheet) without needing it.

How?

Fields: remove the 30 fields that moved to @wordpress/core-fields, the unused orderField (no counterpart, no consumer), the story that showcased them, and the dependencies only they used (compose, date, patterns, url, wordcount, remove-accents). The editor's private patternTitleField and templateTitleField re-exports had no consumers and are removed too.
Revisions timeline: it was the last consumer of authorField. It now has its own render-only author field in packages/editor/src/components/post-revisions-timeline/author-field.tsx, with its styles under editor-post-revisions-timeline__author-* class names.
Types: drop the types only the removed fields used. Copy BasePost, BasePostWithEmbeddedAuthor and PostType into packages/editor/src/dataviews/types.ts (as @wordpress/core-actions did) and stop exporting them and the unused Pattern from @wordpress/fields.
Stylesheet: the @wordpress/fields stylesheet now only holds the MediaEdit styles. The editor and the post, template and template part list routes imported it without rendering MediaEdit, so those imports and their @wordpress/fields dependencies are gone. The v2 identity screen, which does render MediaEdit, only got the styles through the editor stylesheet (it is loaded because @wordpress/lazy-editor depends on wp-editor), so the identity route now loads the stylesheet from its own CSS module, under :global so the class names stay unhashed. Edit-site v1 keeps its import for its identity sidebar.

Breaking changes are recorded in the @wordpress/fields and @wordpress/editor changelogs. A plugin that renders MediaEdit loads @wordpress/fields/build-style/style.css itself, as the package README already describes.

Testing Instructions

npm run build, then confirm build/styles/editor/style.css has no fields__media-edit rules while build/styles/edit-site/style.css and build/routes/identity/content.js do.
With the extensible site editor experiment enabled, open wp-admin/admin.php?page=site-editor-v2&p=%2Fidentity and check the site logo and site icon pickers look as on trunk.
Open the v1 site editor's identity sidebar and check the same pickers.
Open a post with several revisions, enter revisions mode, and check the timeline shows each revision's author avatar and name.
Smoke test the posts, pages, templates, template parts and patterns screens (v1 and v2) and the post editor's summary panel: the fields render as on trunk.

Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) wrote the changes, ran the checks and drafted this description under my direction; I reviewed the result.

Every screen now reads its fields from the server through the Entity fields API, whose defaults live in the @wordpress/core-fields script modules, so the copies in @wordpress/fields are unused. Copy the post types next to the editor's fields, as @wordpress/core-actions did, and stop exporting them from @wordpress/fields, which now only exports MediaEdit and its props. Since the fields moved out, the @wordpress/fields stylesheet only holds the MediaEdit styles. The post, template and template part lists and the editor imported it without rendering MediaEdit, and the v2 identity screen, which does, only got the styles because the editor stylesheet bundled them and lazy-editor depends on wp-editor. Load the stylesheet from the identity route's CSS module, under :global so the class names stay as they are, and drop @wordpress/fields from the editor and the list routes.
