What?

Drag a multi-selection by pressing anywhere inside it. Part of #67305.

Why?

Several selected blocks could only be dragged from the toolbar drag handle. A press on the blocks placed a caret instead, because the canvas is editable while blocks are multi-selected.

How?

1. The browser starts the drag. On a press inside a fully selected multi-selection, the pressed block becomes draggable and the canvas and pressed field stop being editable until the press ends. The existing drag code, drop zones and insertion indicator do the rest.
2. Two cards follow the pointer. The pressed block hangs just below and right of the pointer with a count of the dragged blocks, the next one peeks out underneath, and the rest hide in place.
3. Clicks still work. A click without dragging collapses the selection and places the caret where you clicked.

Partial text selections and locked blocks are not dragged.

Testing Instructions

1. Select several whole blocks (Cmd/Ctrl+A twice, or shift+arrows from a selected block).
2. Press anywhere inside and drag: the blocks follow the pointer and the insertion indicator shows the drop position.
3. Drop: the blocks move and stay selected.
4. Click inside the selection without moving: the caret lands where you clicked.
