It adds focus management to the room header toolbar to allow the user to navigate on the toolbar using arrow keys.
When the room header toolbar is focused the user can navigate using the arrow key left or arrow key right to navigate through the actions, once the tab button is hit the focus is moved away from the room header toolbar, reducing the number of tab stops in the keyboard interface. If the user uses the tab key to navigate back to the room header toolbar, the latest focused action will regain the focus.
