Description
Remediated security vulnerabilities surfaced by the OSSF Scorecard dependency review workflow. Bumped flatted and pyjwt to patched versions, corrected the pyjwt extra name so the cryptographic backend actually installs, cleaned up the GHSA allowlist, and recompiled all affected lock files and pinned requirements.
