Follow-up to microsoft#472 (which handled the Training link in the audience guide). Four more entries in docs/README.md still claimed 'Coming soon' for sections whose content has since landed: - Audience guide 'First-time deployer' row -> getting-started/README.md - Documentation Index 'Getting Started' -> getting-started/README.md - Documentation Index 'Training' -> training/README.md - Documentation Index 'Security' -> security/README.md Inference and Workflows rows are left as 'Coming soon' because there is no docs/inference/ or docs/workflows/ landing page yet. Closes microsoft#135.

Doc-only update. Verified all three new link targets (docs/getting-started/README.md, docs/training/README.md, docs/security/README.md) exist on the head branch, and the table column alignment is correct. LGTM.

Follow-up to the partial fix in #472, which linked the audience-guide Training row. Four more entries in
docs/README.mdstill advertised "Coming soon" for sections whose content already exists inmain:[Getting Started](getting-started/README.md)[Getting Started]+ "Available"[Training](training/README.md)+ "Available"[Security](security/README.md)+ "Available"Each target file exists on
main(docs/getting-started/README.md,docs/training/README.md,docs/security/README.md) and is substantive — not just stubs.Left as 'Coming soon' intentionally: the Inference row (audience guide + index) and the Workflows row — there is no
docs/inference/ordocs/workflows/landing page to link to yet, and I would rather leave the honest label than invent a target.Closes #135.
