Optimized formatReleaseDate in src/utils/github-releases.ts by replacing .split('T')[0] with .slice(0, 10) on ISO date strings.

Why

date.toISOString() produces a 24-character ISO string (YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mm:ss.sssZ). Using .split('T')[0] allocates a temporary 2-element string array and an extra substring on every release date formatted on Cloudflare Worker edge runtimes.

Impact

Eliminates intermediate array allocation per formatted date, reducing heap allocations and GC pressure on edge runtimes.

Run npm run test and npm run build.
