- Refactor formatReleaseDate in src/utils/github-releases.ts to use date.toISOString().slice(0, 10), eliminating intermediate two-element string array allocations on Cloudflare Workers edge runtimes. - Refactor collectItems in src/utils/whats-new-glance.ts to iterate directly over parsed release bullets using a for...of loop instead of temporary wrapper array mapping (.map()). - Update Vitest unit tests in src/__tests__/whats-new-glance.test.ts to verify unbulleted release bodies. - Update .Jules/engine.md with weekly run insights.
