Replaces date.toISOString().split('T')[0] with date.toISOString().slice(0, 10) in formatReleaseDate.

Why

date.toISOString() produces standard ISO 8601 strings formatted as YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mm:ss.sssZ. Splitting on 'T' allocates an intermediate 2-element array on every release date formatting call. Slicing directly extracts the 10-character YYYY-MM-DD substring without dynamic array allocation or garbage collection pressure on Cloudflare Worker edge runtimes.

Impact

• Zero heap/array allocations during date string formatting per release item.
• Reduced GC pressure on Cloudflare Worker edge SSR requests rendering releases.
