Replaced date.toISOString().split('T')[0] with date.toISOString().slice(0, 10) in formatReleaseDate (src/utils/github-releases.ts).

Why

date.toISOString() yields an ISO-8601 string (YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mm:ss.sssZ). Using .split('T')[0] allocates an intermediate 2-element array (["YYYY-MM-DD", "HH:mm:ss.sssZ"]) on the V8/JSC heap every time release dates are formatted. .slice(0, 10) extracts the YYYY-MM-DD substring directly without array allocations.

Impact

Eliminates dynamic array allocations per release date formatting invocation, reducing memory allocation churn and garbage collection pressure on Cloudflare Workers edge runtimes.

How to verify

• Run npm run test (all 368 tests pass, including src/__tests__/github-releases.test.ts).
• Run npm run format:check && npm run lint.
• Run npm run build.
