⚡ Bolt: Optimize ISO date formatting in release date helper - #1521

Replaces `date.toISOString().split('T')[0]` with `date.toISOString().slice(0, 10)`
in `formatReleaseDate` helper to eliminate temporary 2-element array allocations
during ISO date string formatting.
