What

Hoists the Intl.DateTimeFormat instance in src/utils/visit-stats.ts to module-level scope (STOCKHOLM_DATE_FORMATTER).

Why

Instantiating new Intl.DateTimeFormat('en-GB', ...) inside formatFirstSeen() on every execution causes repeated ICU locale initialization and temporary heap object allocations during request processing on Cloudflare Workers edge runtimes.

Impact

• Eliminates dynamic Intl.DateTimeFormat object instantiations and ICU locale setup overhead on edge worker requests.
• Reduces GC pressure and memory allocation churn during analytics response formatting.

Run npm run test and npm run build.
