Pull request overview

This PR continues the allocator refactor work by addressing the clippy::filter_map_next lint in bump.rs, removing the now-unneeded lint suppression and rewriting the iterator logic to use a more direct iterator adaptor.

Changes:

• Removed clippy::filter_map_next from the file-level #![expect(...)] list.
• Replaced .filter_map(...).next()? with .find_map(...)? in the slow-path chunk allocation loop.
