Pull request overview

This PR continues the allocator/clippy cleanup by fixing the remaining clippy::semicolon_if_nothing_returned warning in bump.rs, allowing removal of the now-unneeded #[expect(clippy::...)] entry for that lint.

Changes:

• Remove clippy::semicolon_if_nothing_returned from the file-level #![expect(...)] list.
• Add the missing trailing semicolon in Allocator::deallocate so the unit-returning function doesn’t rely on an implicit () return.
