This PR improves the readability of linter auto-fix help text when the replacement is an empty string, addressing issue #20692 by emitting “Remove …” instead of “Replace … with ``.”.
Changes:
- Introduce
format_replace_message()to special-case empty replacement strings. - Update
RuleFixerauto-message generation to use the new formatter. - Refresh the relevant snapshot and add unit tests covering both empty and non-empty replacements.
