feat(linter): add fixer for unicorn/prefer-response-static-json rule

this PR adds fixer for unicorn/prefer-response-static-json rule.

I used Claude to parse the Unicorn snapshot
and convert it into fixer tests instead of doing it manually, i checked it and it should be correct, but maybe there is cleaner way of doing it?
