This is missing a lot of tests from the original rule, and so catching things it should not: https://github.com/jsx-eslint/eslint-plugin-jsx-a11y/blob/8f75961d965e47afb88854d324bd32fafde7acfe/__tests__/src/rules/no-static-element-interactions-test.js

I've got this in a codebase where it's now triggering a lint warning on <tr onClick={fooClickMethod}> when it should not, and did not with the eslint plugin
