This PR refactors the deserialize_arr function to support any collection type that implements FromIterator<T> and Deserialize<'de>, rather than being hardcoded to return only Vec<T>.
- Introduces a generic parameter
Cfor collection types - Updates the visitor pattern to work with generic collections
- Refactors collection building using iterator methods instead of explicit vector construction

[nitpick] The iterator chain could be simplified by using Result::and_then instead of the explicit match. Consider using seq.next_element()?.map(|element| ...) pattern or collecting into a Result<Vec<_>, _> first, then converting to the target collection type.
