Summary: Remove duplicate changelog entries from the readme.txt file and reference the actual changelog.txt file instead. Going forward, the readme.txt should only be updated during minor or major version upgrades, eliminating the need to update duplicate changelog entries here. Modified core plugin files - [ ] I followed general Pull Request best practices.
