The most important new feature in 0.13.0 is hooks. This allows to run custom code on pre-connect, pre-build, and post-deploy. The post-deploy hook can be used for broadcasts, as well as anything else, so we've dropped the old audit_broadcast_cmd option. If you were using that, you should convert it to a post-deploy hook.
