When a dbt selector is used, dbt ignores the --exclude flag, causing tests to run despite TestBehavior.NONE or TestBehavior.AFTER_ALL. Use --resource-type as a final filter instead, which dbt respects even with selectors.

Before: Existing behaviour that tests are run in the producer task even when using TestBehavior.NONE or TestBehavior.AFTER_ALL

After: Tests are no longer run in the producer task when using TestBehavior.NONE

After: Tests are no longer run in the producer task when using TestBehavior.AFTER_ALL

After: The separate test task in the end continues running tests when using TestBehavior.AFTER_ALL

I have also verified that the existing behaviour for TestBehavior.AFTER_EACH is unaltered and continues working as it was before:
