I am a bit worried about moving those sections, "what is cosmos" and "why to use cosmos" away from the home page(it does appear sparse now :)), but I guess, if we have @yetudada's approval on this, then I am okay.

LGTM, except for the initial line where I have the inline comment. If there is no difference between the quickstart and bring your guide examples in the execution method, I feel we better remove that part because as I read the sentence it appears that the execution method is one of the differences between those guides.

I've written
getting-started/indexandgetting-started/bring-your-ownas landing pages/stubs for future detail and growth.This PR addresses the design of the main Cosmos docs landing page.
Reorganizes the Home main landing page**
Creates a Getting Started landing page that describes what cosmos is and highlights the relevant sources within each section.
Creates a Bring your own project landing page. With the change in the sidebar nav label from "Getting Started" to "Bring your own project", this page now covers what the Jaffle shop demo is as well as the ways that the "Bring your own project" guides are different from the QuickStarts.
