Scope

Publish an evidence-bound NativeStack2604 native-bar board and link it from the existing grand-dashboard distribution gate. 27/80 operational closures = 13 inherited READY +14 BY_DESIGN. Custody's landed dated policy decision is the only new closure.

All 80 identifiers match the exact durable 06:47Z census. All 53 open rows name lanes. The co-op accepted and is delivering all 18 formerly proposed handoffs; individual lane acknowledgment remains unverified. Seven work/progress updates add no closures. Historical #700 30/80 stays unchanged; final S4 qualification remains unknown.

The five landings (#765/#752/#753/#778/#715) are individually reconciled. Hcom, agentsview, Dagu and model observations retain partial scopes. QMD retains lifecycle/organic-use conditions beside its benchmark; code-search retains its approved confirmatory-design locator and recorded repair dependency. No liveness or synthetic source check becomes full native acceptance.

CC item task-ns2604-coop-20261006T140508Z holds client-side installs/re-wiring for semble, codebase-memory, jcodemunch, qmd, headroom, SocratiCode and the Codex RTK hook pending wf_8703c159-c6d and its named step owners. The hold includes MCP registrations, hooks/trust, instruction files, P2-9 and P0-1 grant diffs. Backend, index and PR work may continue; the board grants no client-change authority.

One existing checkpoint gate links the complete board. The inventory remains 118 entities, or 128 with ten Dagu runs; no renderer/schema/capacity change or owner column is introduced.

Passing checks retain native/sanitizer 0/0 in durable private metadata. The A13 summary initially exceeded the unchanged emitter's 160-character limit (169), so the supported no-publish command returned native 1/sanitizer 0. That failed output remains retained. Shortening the summary to 137 characters restored the 118-row snapshot 0/0, and final integrity/diff checks passed at the new head; no schema, cap, renderer or native evidence was changed. Set/arithmetic checks and independent review confirm all 80 IDs, 26 inherited closures and custody alone adding one. Critics corrected mutable source bindings, restored QMD lifecycle/organic-use and code-search design gates, and separated summary classes. An oversized read-only capture was rejected before an artifact write; the bounded retry marks omissions. One private-body patch formatting error was rejected before a file/PR write, then corrected.

Accepted code-navigation absorption

Readiness-runner now owns Serena and structural-search after overlap-codenav closed. Both retain NOT_STARTED/closed=false; counts remain 27/80. The new source-only contract/exclusion map preserves lexical, reference, graph, AST, conceptual, Markdown and processing boundaries, with conceptual selection unresolved. Consume only the frozen #786 v1.1/G13 and the named Serena-install-owner outputs; exact run locator and active thresholds await the run owner. No independent trials or local harness edit. Exclusion is conjunctive per client: full-run zero choice, chosen complete-contract covering owner, one upstream-native fix/rerun unchanged. Uncovered zero-use is NOT-READY, not excluded. Old 48-start/T1–T10 proposals are dormant. #780 remains frozen at 50bf3c544db95c5121efd3229938148e21763b67, with no push/rebase/close unless CC revives; #758 remains co-op/5f. PARK/QUIET and Serena's separate wiring hold remain. This is a bounded metadata fix; no tests/provider trials/client changes or #780 writes occurred. Register, snapshot, validate and diff passed native/sanitizer 0/0; emitter remains118rows.

Conditional planning lower bound: October 8, 6 PM EDT (22:00Z). Working target: October 9, 6 PM EDT (22:00Z), low confidence, not owner-committed. Fifty-two further closures and independently reviewed final S4 remain. Individual lane acknowledgment, CC decisions/readbacks, reviewed landings, quotas and a held configuration freeze remain inputs. After landing, co-op/CC places the checkpoint at the existing persistent emitter's repository. Its documented progress.py --repo <repository> validates; adding --cache <private-cache> publishes. Read back the newest generation independently. Source publication alone is not a live-dashboard readback. Rollback is a reviewed checkpoint/board revert; no service teardown.

R2a is already draft #789 at 4650b6c, accepted REPRODUCED/0, awaiting independent review/landing. The private meta helper passed exit-0/exit-3 controls and survives reboot; no replay is required.

Keep draft for co-op first-pass, CC review/ACK and trading acknowledgment. Resolve connector findings before queueing; 5f alone writes/lands queued PRs. No duplicate check poller.
