### Scope Repair the native install-plan checks that lost prompts, ended before delivering results, inherited incompatible environments, or accepted incomplete output. Fresh Claude checks now use task-first native arguments, the shared foreground instruction file and session lock, bounded execution, and independent completion/artifact gates. The plan also carries the gate-1 environment, messaging, conformance, observability and canonical gateway repairs. - Base: `3d7d4a4b2640c8583d8855670111ef5d023d3e03` (final landing cue after #758; main's registry and stack retained). - Review head: `979291ded5f39ddf8cdcba4ffb29df4656b407d8`; final table commit `c6f7ca4`, registry commit `979291d`, exactly two commits after reviewed `8484ddbc`. - Lane: `lane:foundation`; draft until the command center reads this exact head. - Owned paths: install-plan scripts/configuration/checker/tests; client-config drift fixes; source decisions/receipts and maintained generated outputs. - Local-model finding 2 is a separately preserved source checkpoint for #810. It is deferred from this critical head under START-PATH/FULL-RESOLUTION; #723 does not wait for that PR. - AgentsView's operational plan uses 0.44.0, its verified launcher and known-alias migration. #807 carries the shared repository pin. Frozen 0.43.0 observations remain historical; CODE-MODE attribution remains incomplete. ## SOTA sources - GO-PUSH-723 final microfix follows native-stack@8484ddbcf138cc96c853fb2720fe016daee6b035:tests/test_adoption_docs_consistency.py:815-829 (GFM0.29-gfm §4.10 contiguous-table contract) and scripts/host_receipts.py:register_file. It removes one empty line without changing any row, then updates only that file's sha256 and byte count in the last commit. - J723/J723b/J723c delta: Node's [WHATWG URL hostname](https://nodejs.org/api/url.html#urlhostname) and [port](https://nodejs.org/api/url.html#urlport); systemd@v259 [microsecond show formatting](https://github.com/systemd/systemd/blob/v259/src/systemctl/systemctl-show.c#L1120); uutils/coreutils@0.10.0 [date](https://github.com/uutils/coreutils/blob/0.10.0/src/uu/date/src/date.rs#L596) and [stat](https://github.com/uutils/coreutils/blob/0.10.0/src/uu/stat/src/stat.rs#L1117); CPython3.13 [recursive paths](https://docs.python.org/3.13/library/pathlib.html#pathlib.Path.rglob). The existing handbook receipt guard remains exact; prior output pairs and observed validation history are retained. Both research clone tag SHAs are enforced. SOURCES.md gives the remaining repository-native contract locators. - [Claude native headless CLI](https://code.claude.com/docs/en/headless), [system-prompt flags](https://code.claude.com/docs/en/cli-reference#system-prompt-flags) and [environment controls](https://code.claude.com/docs/en/env-vars), checked against installed 2.1.289. Landed #771 supplies the relaxed operational adapter and native rules check; the duplicate A50 historical-only policy was dropped. - [util-linux@v2.41.3:flock.1.adoc:80](https://github.com/util-linux/util-linux/blob/v2.41.3/sys-utils/flock.1.adoc#L80): lock acquisition bounds; installed timeout is uutils coreutils0.10.0, with native timeout source cited in SOURCES. Queue is at most3600s and Claude execution at most3300s, separately. - [DeerFlow@v2.1.0 config](https://github.com/bytedance/deer-flow/blob/345f08be00c8a9495079b732a39b46aa9af1584e/config.example.yaml): native headless/keyless provider and model metadata. Canonical Sol-max suffix precedence follows [the #744 decision](https://github.com/seathatflowsinourveins/native-agent-stack/blob/0fb32ee583589f1a0809b20d18dff40ce2f65a1c/docs/decisions/2026-10-05-omniroute-gateway-composition.md#L37); `supports_reasoning_effort=false` is a derived configuration choice, not a statement in #744 or wire-effort proof. - [MCP conformance@c321dd3 runner](https://github.com/modelcontextprotocol/conformance/tree/c321dd3/examples/servers/typescript): unchanged upstream servers/CLI inside the cited private user/PID/network namespace, with owned group cleanup. External URL acceptance stays needs_owner78 until an in-namespace adapter is supplied. - [Playwright system dependencies](https://playwright.dev/docs/browsers#install-system-dependencies), Inspect AI0.3.273, OpenHands SDK1.50.1 and SRT0.0.78 pinned sources are recorded per row in SOURCES. The worker retains production's Unix-socket block and the upstream subprocess backend; no test-only relaxation. - [AgentsView v0.44.0](https://github.com/kenn-io/agentsview/releases/tag/v0.44.0), commit413a87f7bfbd67b2815b1119ac51abc1efbeeaba, official Linux archive SHA037ea7a46d52e06b20363b4aa7cd7f28e32f31d8215803d6e9a0c96bac5818e3. Native B2 results and failed earlier attempts remain separate from frozen0.43 evidence. - Native repository builders: `assemble_manifest.py:876-896`, `scripts/build_new_wsl_handbook.py`, `host_receipts.register_file`, `component_matrix.py` and `new_host_grand_list.py`; `docs/lanes.md:96-128` governs the last generated/registry commit. Decision corrections are dated addenda; original observed values are preserved. ### Required verdict changes | Item | Resulting source | | --- | --- | | P1 hcom posture | Rebased on #771; dropped15f24fe1 and its generated companion. Relaxed adapter remains operational. Independent naming fix retained. | | P1 canonical route | Exactly cx/codex gpt-6.1-sol-max accepted with all provider, suffix, status, endpoint and join negatives retained. | | P2 timeouts/background | Foreground1560000ms; native background-disable env; flock wait outside execution timeout;48 turns/fixture/schema retained. | | P2 skill config | Native installed default config; concrete triggers and foreground wait; custody proposal outside the operational skill. | | P2 conformance URL | Unsupplied target stays needs_user78; external URL without namespace startup adapter is needs_owner78. No host-network fallback. | | P2 gateway custody | Unknown operative assets still fail closed; regular example files retained. Explicit owner backup/staging/reload/restart/read-back/rollback runbook in the dated addendum. | | P2 citations/evidence | FAST suffix is high; #744 only supplies suffix precedence; removal condition is issue8939/PR8940 and its regression test; cleanup is helper-derived local integration. | | Rebase/hot files | Main's generated inputs/registry taken; maintained outputs regenerated; all shared generated/registry edits last. | ### Evidence-class table | Claim | Class | Evidence | | --- | --- | --- | | Source agreement and artifact integrity | local_integration | Plan/client-map/handbook checks and maintained generators; final validator result below | | Completion, custody, endpoint and alias controls | synthetic / local_integration | Four touched fixture modules,379 tests,3 existing skips | | Earlier native attempts | Their original classes | Existing returned streams/receipts preserved; later success does not replace a failure | | Model routes and metadata | source_review / local_integration replay | Exact aliases and joined records; where spelling changed and delivered wire effort remain unproved | The new sanitized source receipt is `evidence/artifacts/new-wsl-install-plan-20261002/fixwave-20261006-verdict-rebase-receipt.json`. It does not declare a new native-ready slot or upstream-suite pass. ### Local commands run Final GO-PUSH-723 change: exactly one empty line removed at harness-defaults.md:122, plus that file's registry sha256/bytes. Two commits, same base3d7d4a4b; no rebase or other source change. `nice -n 19 ionice -c3 python3 -m unittest tests.test_adoption_docs_consistency` passed39tests/1existing skip in17.985s; final validator69components/10408hashes/4profiles/224receipts0; diff0. A structural comparison proves the registry differs in exactly one file entry. The command center's ACK stands under the explicit range-diff/green-CI condition; neither CI nor landing is claimed by this lane. Final J723d delta: conformance installs native EXIT/INT/TERM cleanup before the path-length assertion and removes only its frozen owned TMPDIR after process teardown. The early-failure control preserves unrelated cache bytes and the evidence directory; existing success/failure/cancellation controls now also require the allocation gone. Nine focused lifecycle cases passed. After the final landing-cue rebase onto #758, all seven full touched modules passed **589 tests / 3 existing skips in 163.180s**. Final plan0 remains84rows/192commands/113acceptance; F9readonly0 with the same two warnings; native builder/check0; diff0; validator0:69components/10408hashes/4profiles/224receipts. Current handbook pair is c8ecbb5d/d7cc2ccb, with all predecessor output bindings/observations retained. Native [Bash trap documentation](https://www.gnu.org/software/bash/manual/html_node/Bourne-Shell-Builtins.html#index-trap) and the existing identity-checked cleanup seam govern the bounded fix. No other functional delta was added. Completeness critic found no material blocker, source review only. CI/CodeQL and destination apply remain owner gates; the PR stays a draft under the granted landing hold. Earlier published J723/J723b/J723c delta: all seven full touched modules passed **581 tests / 3 existing skips in 166.987s**, under the CI-pinned Python3.13 environment, explicit private-venv PATH and umask022, at nice19/ionice3. The run includes all four J723c failing modules and the earlier client-config/gateway/conformance modules. Earlier delta attempts remain distinct:99tests/2fixture failures, then focused12pass;468tests/1unsettled synthetic login-path failure, whose unchanged isolated retry passed. No assertion or skip was relaxed. Focused CI4 controls17pass. Then-current validator0:69components/10401hashes/4profiles/224receipts. These remain local integration, not destination acceptance. The earlier #809-only rebase had proved unchanged foundation bytes. The final #758 landing-cue rebase adds its time-zone/client-config sources, so the full seven-module suite was rerun, with main's source/registry/stack and regenerated publication bindings retained. Review-thread read found no chatgpt-codex-connector threads; the CodeQL thread remains for its scan result. ```bash nice -n 19 ionice -c3 python3 -B -m unittest -v tests.test_wsl_new_distro_recipe tests.test_agentsview_qualification tests.test_new_wsl_definitive_defaults tests.test_new_wsl_handbook tests.test_new_wsl_client_config tests.test_new_wsl_gateway_composition tests.test_new_wsl_mcp_conformance_lifecycle nice -n 19 ionice -c3 python3 scripts/validate.py ``` The owner-pending Claude route now produces **needs_owner/78 before loading Promptfoo's configuration**, rather than a failed provider evaluation; malformed supplied routes still fail. Parsed URL host and port must match the plan-owned127.0.0.1:21128 exactly. Both gateway health stages require the keyed microsecond UTC active-start timestamp to be strictly later than both rendered unit files, preserving existing identity and completion gates. CI enumerates nested config files, keeps an exact Inspector script set, uses native Git/Python/env without a forced RTK runtime dependency, and classifies old AgentsView aliases as predecessor fixtures. Source completeness critic found no material blocker; its review ran no tests or host calls. J723b's native-messaging smoke observation from the dropped A50 draft is retained privately, byte-identical, mode0600, SHA256 **a14356efc2ba3e6c7d44b2d9818538a824b9429fc5d9eaff929ee56e38efee83**. That dropped draft observation is superseded by #771; no public A50 amendment, retired posture or enforcement test is restored. Earlier source-head validation follows: ```text python3 -B evidence/artifacts/new-wsl-install-plan-20261002/check_plan.py rc0:84 rows,192 commands,113 acceptance entries; earlier kind-label mismatch retained. python3 tools/adoption/new_wsl_client_config.py --check rc0; two pre-existing Inspector ownership warnings, addressed separately by C11; no apply. python3 scripts/build_new_wsl_handbook.py --check rc0. python3 -B -m unittest -v tests.test_new_wsl_client_config tests.test_new_wsl_definitive_defaults tests.test_new_wsl_gateway_composition tests.test_new_wsl_mcp_conformance_lifecycle First attempt rc1:379tests/21errors/3skips; undeclared fixture PyYAML import. Maintained standard-library fixture repair: targeted21cases rc0. Full retry rc0:379tests,3skips,120.182s; no production/helper/dependency or assertion weakening. git diff --check rc0. nice -n19 python3 scripts/validate.py rc0:69 components,10385 hashed files,4 profiles,215 receipts. The earlier historical-inventory non-live limitation failure is retained; payload and manifest were clarified together. ``` ### Decision record Current instructions and the complete gateway custody runbook are in the dated addendum to `docs/decisions/2026-10-06-native-plan-gate1-repairs.md`. Its original decision text remains unchanged. The earlier acceptance decision also receives an appended FAST-effort correction. Original historical observations are never rewritten. ### After landing: co-op apply and read-back The co-op is the sole plan writer. Apply the approved main commit at its booked quiet point; retain the previous gateway prefix and per-asset backup packet. First follow the addendum's gateway custody/reload pre-gates. No lane applies a host change or widens AF_UNIX. ```bash plan=evidence/artifacts/new-wsl-install-plan-20261002 bash "$plan/install.sh" --only agent-messaging bash "$plan/accept.sh" --only agent-messaging --stage post_install </dev/null bash "$plan/install.sh" --only inspect-ai bash "$plan/install.sh" --only trajectory-analysis bash "$plan/accept.sh" --only trajectory-analysis --stage post_install </dev/null # Gateway: execute the owner-custody addendum first; preserve rollback prefix/packet. bash "$plan/install.sh" --only gpt-gateway bash "$plan/accept.sh" --only gpt-gateway --stage post_install </dev/null bash "$plan/accept.sh" --only gpt-gateway --stage service_health </dev/null bash "$plan/accept.sh" --only gpt-gateway --stage after_sign_in </dev/null bash "$plan/install.sh" --only research-harnesses bash "$plan/install.sh" --only skill-vetting bash "$plan/install.sh" --only mcp-protocol-conformance bash "$plan/install.sh" --only session-analytics ``` The hcom apply uses the relaxed mapped adapter and native smoke; it has no custom quiet/deny posture. Gateway owner custody, daemon-reload, unit restart and packet-based rollback are fully specified in the addendum. Existing environment credentials are left by pointer and are never copied into the packet. Archive-version rollback for AgentsView additionally requires its consistent pre-migration archive; preserve the existing backup, whose restoration has not been qualified. For each changed row, retain the install/read-back rc, then one smoke in each client that uses it and subsequent organic counters. Use the canonical shared flock for each exact fresh Claude invocation. Existing repaired-stage commands and returned-artifact gates remain in accept.sh; targetless conformance78 is not a protocol pass. No new measurement campaign or A/B gates this apply. ### Checklist - [x] Sources pinned; failed attempts and unknown usage preserved. - [x] No credential values or private client configuration published. - [x] Peer-owned settlement assertions preserved; no #775 hunks. - [x] Scoped379-test fixture retry passed; no new skip. - [x] Final registered-tree validate passed. - [ ] Exact-head GPT/CC read; the PR remains a draft. - [ ] Co-op host apply/read-backs and native smoke/counters after landing.
### Scope This PR adds 31 scoped gateway-provenance correction records and their preparation notes. It preserves original results, record bytes and basis digests; it changes no client configuration, runtime, model route or readiness state. - Base commit: `cd1cd78ec3f8bb82ca4343be4f859a2e107e2035` - Prepared head: `d4565a13a2fc4b1a4ec09f05d5bd7c7c960f87a9` - Lane: `lane:foundation` - Owned paths: `evidence/artifacts/ns2604-gateway-evidence-relabel-20261007/` and native-generated `manifests/evidence.json`. ### Landing path This is a prerequisite of #775 and #791 under the gateway plan's T10. The co-op performs the byte/hash check and validate at the exact head, the command center ACKs it, and 5f lands it in the slot immediately before #775 on the command center's cue. Records merge before #791's references and #775's publication. Rebase once at the landing turn only if its landing check needs it, then re-register hashes last; no rebase before opening. Dated cap exception (2026-10-07): this one additive, registry-only-overlap prerequisite may open separately because folding it into #776 at rank 24 would delay the monitoring change; authorized by review-ns2604-coop-20261007T071859Z. ## SOTA sources - [native-agent-stack at 0d5e650](https://github.com/seathatflowsinourveins/native-agent-stack/tree/0d5e6506434fab598dee861c749a22e628beb75a): the original caller and artifact snapshots cited by each correction, including `examples/omniroute-codex-sdk/worker.py` and the install plan's `accept.sh`. Those pinned sources establish the recorded caller/default basis; they do not prove an unrecorded endpoint. - [native-agent-stack at cd1cd78](https://github.com/seathatflowsinourveins/native-agent-stack/tree/cd1cd78ec3f8bb82ca4343be4f859a2e107e2035): `docs/acceptance-evidence-policy.md`, `docs/lanes.md` and the unchanged native `scripts/host_receipts.py` registration API (SHA256 `c3dc47cdab33e2ed2f1473700774a006a34c6218d6cd7ceb36f33d7f71f0fd6f`). - Reviewed gateway plan revision 3.1, SHA256 `8ce35229f4b1628e274675b1ab6fa283a240ecaf6ae9165e7dbe7fb7b6424cc3`, and readiness change set sections 1–5, SHA256 `99c42fd333feef63ad48a5a8b6ff0852540463ff98afd82551b739d37887b088`. The new dated A19 schema amendment preserves that SHA-bound original. ### Evidence-class table | Claim | Evidence class | Command / receipt | | --- | --- | --- | | Five old-default/old-host inferred scopes and 26 unknown reviewer/profile scopes | source_review | The 31 v1 records contain original item digests and quoted source line/hash bases. No inference is promoted to a recorded endpoint. | | Original observations, scoped record bytes and v1 shape preserved | source_review | Byte/hash and nine-field comparisons against the prepared original; hashes below. | | Native registry and repository integrity are consistent | local_integration | `python3 scripts/validate.py`: exit 0, 10,448 hashed files; no live provider or GPU execution. | There are 3 E1, 18 E3, 4 E4, 4 E5 and 2 E12 correction scopes. The 31 JSON records are byte-unchanged through the A19 amendment. The README and `schema-addendum-A19-20261007.md` are separate preparation documents; the latter adds exactly `native-no-gateway` and `not-2604` to the original six class names, retaining the v1 shape and original item scopes. The CC may rename the two spellings before publication. Positive native execution is not assigned a gateway class or left unknown when that same scope is proven native. ### Frozen correction hashes All paths in this table are relative to `evidence/artifacts/ns2604-gateway-evidence-relabel-20261007/`. | Correction | SHA256 | | --- | --- | | `e1-grafana-sdk-1-old-gateway-inferred.json` | `41ec81ce0102a60194dea6db065ae4fd4088691d60afd9a176503b465a36b5e2` | | `e1-grafana-sdk-2-old-gateway-inferred.json` | `1d26ef660e8d7f99e681062e5481578ec85b086e196f699479019c8b29c40143` | | `e1-grafana-sdk-3-old-gateway-inferred.json` | `7f0a026d1f2ce4cb2befbce02958fac0aeef503511c62966fb2f61d312a7b3b5` | | `e12-a01-old-host-20261007.json` | `52e8a279ece0f345a5532032b2771c7fe814a155f083f46c4c3cba06b3aff8bf` | | `e12-a02-old-host-20261007.json` | `ef40e3232bb64b0eaf91e41f268440d4cd24f8c1f27b63f3d742907f97de5fed` | | `e3-L0032-mcp-surfaces--mcp-inspector-20261007.json` | `8eae901eae4b232e22211380a972c37e8d59598c0b1fa32d0b73c15bd0e1280c` | | `e3-L0040-semantic-rag--code-search-20261007.json` | `ba2e6b176e9ca6f628d7383e2a802fc02fd9428550c97ba017c65f9bb3c8e19d` | | `e3-L0048-durable-memory--memory-owner-20261007.json` | `e454e5348c2a34d0aa4cdf36ffbc7f77d45714448fb52b5d94d9ca49ff06f3dc` | | `e3-L0049-token-efficiency--ccusage-20261007.json` | `e11307552bafac444e96e4ba69bf5717930c7f2847c609f8064c07ef96003a3b` | | `e3-L0050-token-efficiency--context-supply-20261007.json` | `8f9195d6dbb13b16793a73afca3d758214cb1fdd5ed61c722e19506cc31c259d` | | `e3-L0052-token-efficiency--command-output-20261007.json` | `93e7707fbc1502d81de50775e8af1bbf6dea4b8e361e705015f805fcdefcb177` | | `e3-L0053-token-efficiency--output-compression-20261007.json` | `8baf31b963a3d7c0273e5b02c238d60db0668ef17e92fe7205f4041e3e331cd0` | | `e3-L0054-token-efficiency--code-index-20261007.json` | `68d68d3de0f1a38b75ebb8a118c473824bdf1e0ed8228c3427452d82783a82b2` | | `e3-L0055-token-efficiency--code-graph-20261007.json` | `ddd3cfb512ab352bb7de0185cd740df8ff02134e4facdc0d585cb311d6ce62cd` | | `e3-L0056-token-efficiency--repo-packing-20261007.json` | `157af92aeb521c59eec67a10f83b0b84607f97031cf6313eb4db65120b2523b4` | | `e3-L0057-token-efficiency--structured-data-20261007.json` | `70e1c63be916bcc8a8ac63d98fc45d1bee6cf5c754f0f9b03df3f1a4639316be` | | `e3-L0058-token-efficiency--doc-conversion-20261007.json` | `029628fbd88c77bcfa6b7eabf95e7639e0e44966689922ca6698613dbaf2315d` | | `e3-L0059-token-efficiency--api-docs-20261007.json` | `24ff83fa47274834f5f9f277457654ce70988b12c57f02a878768afb52f6e00b` | | `e3-L0060-token-efficiency--trace-viewer-20261007.json` | `d07a932f7f8707b6e095e479c8a782f4c879db5bcc65119931ca124b8acf01b7` | | `e3-L0070-observation-inference--session-analytics-20261007.json` | `6e6b1f164accf1b8e66483e59f6180bf92a00533ca0a611e15364a3b1e6d9b82` | | `e3-L0071-quality-evaluation--inspect-ai-20261007.json` | `f5f1eef8cd97062ab69ec3794f40792e02502a7f3427b09191fab1f31d505d9b` | | `e3-L0083-git-github-automation--difftastic-20261007.json` | `bd9deb930af367e52d58c4f5d7c168d2d586811cb230390c050a36129061c1b3` | | `e3-L0092-isolation--sandbox-runtime-srt-20261007.json` | `fbc83cdbf3e54e51ba6241200e0878a35e9d0bc8741ad949cf21829c043d4f59` | | `e4-a06-unknown-gateway.json` | `e0081f7c97a60f5040968953635c502eec2dd7cae0a719c052fdae85ffe627fa` | | `e4-a07-unknown-gateway.json` | `5afaf8d5e0c41c3083de986121bbb703328a9f9edb01f35320ff95a78dc9c44d` | | `e4-a09-unknown-gateway.json` | `1a37c91464ca2fa37cf105d22fb8744f1cf787c3d293d89475cad7188d4a9ab2` | | `e4-a12-unknown-gateway.json` | `d6c646938507c23d7727dd1ee8440f9ed61c8defa3c6d2bc5dba067c972cafcb` | | `e5-b06-profile-scope-unknown.json` | `83a9b5d602a92880cad07968d71bd563497a7f1c73f9592be9c37c5bd02f35ff` | | `e5-b08-profile-scope-unknown.json` | `6ae9a2e2f23688d86749d6ad1522c20e976acea32367575cdd73bc7a16e4ce2a` | | `e5-b09-attempt-endpoint-unknown.json` | `cbe2bec96018145b4c71274de24b2f2927fffeda0365a69642cfbf0f2a2834d0` | | `e5-b12-attempt-endpoint-unknown.json` | `4fc0d03ebeada335538e299226b82cd7be020078d970e7f6974cfc760ca3b471` | Preparation-document hashes: README `1323912a18fa87ab13a5121e0c44acc19593d5f7db5b1473ace925fe1b97a571`; dated schema amendment `15977627eae5c107e90ae6e5073fc63574f779d466a1a2075222e8cf04fa9124`. ### Local commands run ``` rtk proxy nice -n 19 ionice -c3 python3 scripts/validate.py exit 0; 69 components, 10,448 hashed files, 4 profiles, 224 receipts git diff --check (captured with the owned-worktree selector) exit 0 ``` The unchanged native registration API updated the README and registered the new schema document; every other 10,446 registry entry and manifest metadata was retained. Content is committed first; the registry is the last commit. No custom acceptance runner, new client smoke, model request, host apply or organic counter is introduced. ### Decision record `evidence/artifacts/ns2604-gateway-evidence-relabel-20261007/schema-addendum-A19-20261007.md` is the dated additive record-format amendment. This PR makes no new component-selection or host-readiness decision. ### Remaining conditions E2/E4-private/E5-private/E6/E7/E8/E10 require their qualified, sanitized originals and bases; E9 remains its existing owner's responsibility. Disarmed/provenance labels remain draft until the actual T5 apply receipt and archive bindings exist. The T5 record plus renamed originals are the archive; their bytes are not duplicated. Missing call-log rows prove no route. T4's flagless acceptance-stage hold remains until C0, C1 and A have merged and GW-01 passes. This PR is a provenance publication prerequisite, not a new acceptance or organic-use receipt. ### Host evidence No files under `evidence/hosts/` change. No platform status is changed. ### Checklist - [x] No GitHub Actions workflow changes. - [x] No secrets, raw conversations, new authentication requirement or private active configuration. - [x] No paid hosting, subscription or billing surface. - [x] Peer-owned files, worktrees and historical observations preserved. - [ ] Independent exact-head read and CC ACK requested through the named landing path. - [ ] CI at the eventual landing head required; prepared validation is not a claim of current hosted CI.
### Scope Route catalog lookup through QMD's lexical queries and bounded document retrieval; use SocratiCode for semantic catalog search at the main checkout's projectPath. Keep reranking available and prohibit qmd embed/pull. Update current maintenance recipes and native instruction carriers through the repository renderers. Existing Serena consumers read its manual before navigation, and jCodeMunch consumers obtain the current guide before a typed route with the actual caller model and execution off. Four existing Claude roles gain only Serena's manual tool. Reviewer/builder keep their no-menu boundary, and a focused read of a known path and line remains valid. This landing repair appends the preregistration's Amendment4 to bind the deliberately changed role bodies and compacts lane-authored RTK explanations within the unchanged compact and startup budgets. The entire composed pre-RTK prefix, upstream awareness, owner's blocks, exact SKILL line, seven exceptions, models and effort are preserved. Prior amendment rows, observations, seals and RUNBOOK bytes remain unchanged. The canonical code-graph rename is prepared as a separate patch and is excluded from this head under command-center ruling081016Z. Main's existing names remain in both templates, the map, fixtures and carriers. The protected lane token requires the owner's word before the rename can land. Until that follow-up, this host's Claude code-graph access is through the vendor's hook channel only; the stale MCP carrier id is a recorded limitation and is not claimed fixed. - Base commit: `c44993b379da25fae923dbbe70188978af5104aa` (verified native source; #803 already landed). - Lane: `lane:foundation`; draft. - Head: `9985e468fa4997d22630714b2fa6a76666e3cda9`. Native bytes: compact 8076 <8192, rendered 9142, three-file startup 20101 <=20103; full Claude block 4087 <=4100. These are byte gates, not token-use measurements. - Owned paths: token-lane carriers and their paired handbook text, minimal manual grants and mirrors, Codex template/rendered copies, native loader/routing/sequence tests, current recipes and generated handbook, append-only decisions/preregistration amendment, follow-up receipts and checksum/registry projections. - ROLE-CARRIER-GAPS and ROLE-GRANTS are separate future work and stay out of this change. Landing path: explicit command-center cue070358Z and fallback ruling081016Z permit one pushed rebase/content repair onto then-current main while #802/#813/#830 land. The co-op performs the new-head delta read with its CI result; the command center ACKs; 5f lands. A further pushed rebase requires the separate dated landing-conflict cue. Host configuration, cutover and fresh-session/working-day acceptance belong to their owners. ## SOTA sources - [QMD v2.8.3 lexical query](https://github.com/tobi/qmd/blob/v2.8.3/src/mcp/server.ts#L294), [typed searches/rerank](https://github.com/tobi/qmd/blob/v2.8.3/src/mcp/server.ts#L321) and [document retrieval](https://github.com/tobi/qmd/blob/v2.8.3/src/mcp/server.ts#L412): native lexical subqueries, retrieval and optional rerank. These files are unchanged at target1.108.331/d94049d0. The executable schema corrects the guide's query example; no new adaptive-tier setting or upstream rebuild. - `native-agent-stack@c44993b:tests/test_token_e2e_preregistration.py:637-663,905-909`: later dated role-pin amendment and sealed RUNBOOK contracts. Amendment4 preserves every earlier row/seal and extends the current-row selector. The command center records merge chronology at landing; this is a structural repair and authorizes no run. - [DeusData/codebase-memory-mcp v0.11.0 release](https://github.com/DeusData/codebase-memory-mcp/releases/tag/v0.11.0), the repository's pinned component, and the command center's native-client read-back identify the canonical server name. Its proposed client-key/wire-id/owner-token correction is kept in the separate patch, preserving every payload and strict fixture. Ruling081016Z explicitly keeps main's names in this publication while the owner's instruction-token decision remains open. - RTK explanation provenance: `native-agent-stack@2d849ba` (#726) and `@50b9579` (#389), `adoption/templates/codex.AGENTS.template.md` after its exceptions marker. The eight explanations shorten while all facts and protected bytes remain. Command-center064832Z accepted their class and scoped wording. - Native helpers at `native-agent-stack@c44993b`: `tools/adoption/managed_block.py:169` (`codex_block`), `tools/adoption/codex_roles.py:287` (`f4_block`), `scripts/host_receipts.py:710` (`register_file`), `docs/lanes.md:94-128`. Current generated inventory/handbook and checksum bindings use those repository tools; historical receipts and the frozen catalog passage are preserved. ### Evidence-class table | Claim | Evidence class | Command / receipt | | --- | --- | --- | | Documented native routing/manual/guide interfaces | source_review | Pinned upstream files above | | Carrier rendering, protected bytes, new body pins and tool ids | local_integration | Existing native helpers, hashes and required modules | | Permission/sequence/byte-mutant/frozen-row controls | synthetic | Existing tests with assertions preserved | | Deployed use and token savings | Pending owner evidence | No model, host apply or working-day measurement in this repair | ### Local commands run ```text $ CI=true nice -n 19 ionice -c3 python3 -B -m unittest tests.test_token_lanes_session_start tests.test_token_lanes_subagent_start tests.test_scaffold_repo tests.test_new_wsl_handbook tests.test_adoption_docs_consistency tests.test_codex_agents tests.test_codex_roles tests.test_codex_worker_lane tests.test_token_e2e_preregistration tests.test_new_wsl_client_config.RecordTests tests.test_install_claude_profile tests.test_managed_block tests.test_task_model_routing tests.test_new_wsl_client_config.MapTests tests.test_new_wsl_client_config.AgentGapTests tests.test_new_wsl_client_config.RenderTests tests.test_new_wsl_client_config.ApplyTests.test_the_first_run_writes_what_the_wired_pieces_name_and_nothing_else exit 0; Ran 595 tests in 109.929s; OK (skipped=14) $ CI=true nice -n 19 ionice -c3 python3 -B -m unittest tests.test_install_claude_profile tests.test_adoption_docs_consistency tests.test_new_wsl_client_config.RecordTests exit 0; Ran 150 tests in 16.306s; OK (skipped=2) $ CI=true nice -n 19 ionice -c3 node examples/claude-native/workflows/test-envelope.mjs exit 0; SUMMARY passed=254 failed=0 total=254 $ CI=true nice -n 19 ionice -c3 python3 -B tools/adoption/new_wsl_client_config.py --check --markdown exit 0 $ CI=true nice -n 19 ionice -c3 python3 -B scripts/build_new_wsl_handbook.py --check exit 0 ``` The passing 595-test run is retained on unchanged source/assertion inputs from the pre-window checkpoint; the 150-test run checks the concrete relocation-fixture and workflows-README changes in the new main base. Their counts overlap and are not added. The fresh Node run passes 254/254. Strict checksums in both Codex directories and the Claude hook directory, plus `git diff --check`, exit 0. All three Amendment-4 role digests were re-derived in both copies and are unchanged from the previous published head. ```text $ CI=true nice -n 19 ionice -c3 python3 -B scripts/validate.py exit 0; 69 components, 10,482 hashed files, 4 profiles, 224 receipts, status passed ``` The earlier landing composition used source `630b6ece8485a7710ea51321682d5a12e364e25c` and hot commit `5703ef1061b982078038425fada888fd35153868`; its native checks and source-critic result are retained. The authorized locator follow-up changes only `catalogs/foundation/upstream-surface-dispositions.json` and that file's registry row: the `otel.environment` citation now points to the command at `examples/codex-native/README.md:214`. Source commit `2b36cfee` is followed by registry-last commit `9985e468fa4997d22630714b2fa6a76666e3cda9`, with no further rebase. Claude/Codex instruction bytes, role hashes, historical records, namespace and byte budgets remain unchanged. The registry starts from exact main `c44993b379da25fae923dbbe70188978af5104aa`, registers the same 67 changed-file rows through the native producer, and preserves main's receipt and convergence arrays. The two-file correction passed the 114-test citation module, the two exact failing methods and a second native validator run. The worktree is clean; the shifted-citation scan found no other current target to repair. Historical before/after references remain intact. ```text $ CI=true nice -n 19 ionice -c3 python3 -B -m unittest tests.test_upstream_surface_watch exit 0; 114 tests, 6 skipped $ CI=true nice -n 19 ionice -c3 python3 -B -m unittest tests.test_upstream_surface_watch.DispositionCitationTests.test_every_cited_line_names_the_key tests.test_upstream_surface_watch.DispositionCitationTests.test_a_dotted_key_has_its_parent_near_the_citation exit 0; 2 tests $ CI=true nice -n 19 ionice -c3 python3 -B scripts/validate.py exit 0; integrity and scope passed ``` The hosted run at5703 returned two failures in11,495 tests because the documentation locator moved. A reviewed locator still gates when its repository test fails. This follow-up closes that exact contract; it adds no assertion waiver or namespace change. Read-only overlap metadata checked all 47 open PRs, including full file pagination where needed. Source overlaps: #645, #706, #709, #754, #769, #770, #775, #776, #795, #810, #821, #826, #829. Shared registry/checksum paths use the hot-file protocol; no peer branch is changed. Earlier failed CI at3ba ran11,381tests and failed six role-body-pin subcases; its complete failed log is retained privately. The failed 560-test and earlier 595-test preparation runs also remain retained. This repair uses a dated amendment, preserves the older source evidence and strict current-body comparison, and performs no full-suite or provider acceptance run. Validator results are integrity and scope evidence only. ### Decision record `docs/decisions/2026-10-06-qmd-lexical-catalog-instructions.md` and `docs/decisions/2026-10-07-serena-jcodemunch-native-navigation-wiring.md`, with appended clarifications and the new landing follow-up, explain the behavior and limits. The preregistration README gains Amendment4 only; its RUNBOOK and earlier sealed records stay byte-identical. No prior result is recast as a new run. ### Host evidence Repository-only change. No live instruction file, MCP registration, hook trust, client setting, gateway setting/key or model session changed. Source/render checks and synthetic fixtures remain distinct from the configuration owner's read-back and organic-use acceptance. ### Checklist - [x] No GitHub Actions or paid service change. - [x] No credentials, raw conversations or live client configuration committed. - [x] Models, effort, owner's blocks and historical observations preserved. - [x] Peer-owned worktrees and source preserved. - [x] Native validation passed; changed checksums/registry committed last at the final head.

### Scope Restore the handbook test's live publication binding so a later profile or handbook regeneration updates its own maintained receipt, instead of editing #826's dated landing record. - Base commit: `6d252c9c102e575bc9229bf6bb2149409655d5f3`; head: `4d2ce2a7719adca918025ffde295ef1dfa30bf02`. - Lane: `lane:foundation`; draft. - Exactly four paths: `tests/test_new_wsl_handbook.py` (one receipt-path line), `evidence/artifacts/new-wsl-handbook-20261001/receipt.json` (current computed binding plus one appended regeneration), its one-line `README.md`, and registry last. - The generator, profile, both generated outputs, hash/inventory assertions, existing receipt observations/history and #826's dated record stay byte-identical. - **Named landing path:** co-op cross-family exact-head read, hosted validate, command center CI read and cue; **right after #820, ahead of #775**. ONE replay at that cue if #820 changes main; full test phase in that landing turn. Hold this draft head for the reads. ## SOTA sources - `native-agent-stack@6d252c9:tests/test_new_wsl_handbook.py:1672-1691`: the publication contract checks actual current generator/profile/output hashes and inventory, with byte-change negative controls. Its comment says hashes follow regeneration. Only its receipt locator changes. - Same pin, `evidence/artifacts/new-wsl-handbook-20261001/receipt.json:268,656,700`: the receipt is a current hash mirror and prior entries expressly refresh mutable producer/output bindings while preserving observations. This existing repository practice fills the publication-binding gap; no new manifest, generator or validator is introduced. - Same pin, `docs/acceptance-evidence-policy.md:59-65` and `docs/landscape-domain-notes.md:33,38`: retain historical inputs/results/failures/pins. All prior receipt fields, regeneration prefix and `previous_outputs` are retained; #826's dated record remains historical. - Same pin, `docs/lanes.md:94-115`: main-copy/own-registration protocol; `scripts/host_receipts.py:710` updates the three own hashes and inserts the README, in the registry-only final commit. ### Evidence-class table | Claim | Evidence class | Command / receipt | | --- | --- | --- | | Existing strict publication contract passes at the maintained binding | `local_integration`, `synthetic` | 87 handbook tests, exit 0; existing byte-change negative controls unchanged. | | Actual generated bytes are current | `local_integration` | Native builder `--check`, exit 0; MD a1a0cb17… and JSON a42c8915… as recorded in the appended regeneration. | | Dated records/history/other test assertions preserved | `source_review`, `local_integration` | Exact base-file/JSON comparison, exit 0; independent bounded source critic ACK. | | Publication integrity after registry-last commit | `local_integration` | `validate.py` before/after, exit 0; 69 components, four profiles, 224 receipts, 10,508 hashes. | ### Local commands run All checks use the owned external TMPDIR, `nice -n 19 ionice -c3` and closed stdin. ```text python3 -B scripts/build_new_wsl_handbook.py --check exit 0, status passed; current outputs unchanged. python3 -B -m unittest tests.test_new_wsl_handbook exit 0: Ran 87 tests in 37.368s; OK. Exact unchanged-field, regeneration-prefix, dated-record and one-test-line comparison exit 0; all preservation controls true. python3 -B scripts/validate.py exit 0 before and after final registry commit; 10508 file hashes. git diff --check exit 0. ``` The scoped cached open-PR check found 44 open PRs and these overlapping neighbours: #645, #754, #769, #770, #810 on the maintained receipt; #776 and #810 on the test. The CC assigned this narrow critical-path repair before later regeneration PRs. No peer head or file is edited by this lane. ### Decision record The CC's J-HANDBOOK-BINDING ruling supplies the bounded disposition. The one-line receipt README identifies the maintained current-state carrier. No old decision or dated observation is rewritten, and no extra decision file is added to this small unit. ### Host evidence No host/client/installation or acceptance-status changes. These checks establish the repository publication contract, not upstream model or native host acceptance. ### Landing read fields The intentional main-test edit is `tests/test_new_wsl_handbook.py:1677`, disposed of in advance by the CC for this exact receipt rebind. Name it in `main-tests=` at the landing read. Declare every actual post-read/replay change in `adapted=`; the full-suite phase is deferred to the landing turn. Nothing is re-pointed to a new dated path. ### Checklist - [x] Existing current-state receipt reused; earlier observations and dated record preserved. - [x] Only one test line changes; assertions, producer and profile unchanged. - [x] Own entries registered last; required local checks pass. - [x] No workflow, dependency, paid surface or credential change. - [x] Draft and one foundation label; named read/ACK/queue path.

Claude session native-agent-stack-5f: landing at head Observed main Required checks at this head: 7 pass . Unresolved review threads: 0. |

Claude session native-agent-stack-5f: post-merge observation. Landed as |
Scope
Provision the NativeStack2604 Lanes dashboard and retain the native dimensions needed to distinguish tool, hook, skill, service and token activity. Monitoring steps 6–8 include the collector route, supported file provisioning and matching install-plan acceptance. A13 makes main's rendered Prometheus unit the sole startup carrier; the old drop-in is a dated, inert, do-not-apply record. Activation and start-timestamp/new-turn qualification remain the command center's later host step.
475127d43c1cce70dba5cd31238af4e078fa17eb(the command center's relayed Currency wave W1b: grafana 13.2.3 (security release) and agent-browser 0.38.2 #645 squash merge).lane:foundation.The Lanes UID is
cc-lanes, provisioned under the existing Token efficiency provider. Withdrawal is file based: restore the priorlanes.json, or remove only it, temporarily allow provider deletion, restart in a permitted slot, verify the anonymous dashboard endpoint returns 404, and restoredisableDeletion: true. Keep token-layer, the provider and private registry.Every provisioned dashboard using
codex_turn_token_usage_sumcarries lower-bound titles and descriptions until deployed start timestamps and a newly born single-turn reconciliation pass. The standalone template-copy publisher and maintained renderer share that policy. Latest unknown status values retain nulls; known RTK zero share requires an observed classified-shell denominator. One clock panel retains the producer's 50 ms error-bound warning, 100 ms absolute-offset critical threshold and 1,200 s reference-age warning. Its separate three-minute UI freshness preserves missing data as No data. Collector serialization and native configuration validation pass; live clock-panel acceptance remains pending.

Local commands run
The initial plan-check failure from import-generated configuration bytecode is retained in the private check receipt. The loader now suppresses bytecode during dynamic imports, restores the prior setting and passes the rerun. Generated dashboard JSON is source evidence; it is not visual acceptance.
Decision record
docs/decisions/2026-10-06-native-lane-invocation-observability.md.docs/decisions/2026-10-06-ns2604-native-dashboard-countability.md.The README classifies all six retained 13000 references without rewriting frozen observations and requires a compatible emitter checkout while its timer is enabled. Storage COUNT/AGE read-back, unit/GPU export, client limit headroom and the GitHub snapshot feed retain named owners and explicit remaining gates.
Host evidence
No host receipt or client configuration is applied by this PR. Host apply waits for the GPT delta read, command-center ACK and the permitted post-Claude-window slot. Native Loki/Prometheus read-backs and an anonymous browser capture remain required.
Organic BEFORE/AFTER counts are not yet measured under the all-prompts, first-turn and actual steer-visibility rules. Effective role grants and referenced co-op blocks remain coverage gaps. No exclusion, readiness or token-row closure is claimed. No local A/B or trial gates today's read-back.

Checklist
Landing review follow-up
The local follow-up preserves landed metric privacy and records the configured source/query for every invoke column. Validated native names remain on Loki; bounded native metric keys remain permitted where the provider supplies them, and hook identity is qualified as lifecycle rather than repository identity. It restores main's run-correlation test byte-for-byte and removes run correlation from every exported metric route, while retaining log correlation. The clock serialization note moves verbatim into a dated appended amendment, and renderer source references use named exporter sections. F6/F7 remove the unnecessary agentsview version literal from the health comment. F8 preserves render-only Grafana checking and requests installed-unit byte verification explicitly in the three acceptance calls and their plan mirrors. The next exact-head read covers all eight findings. No host activation or client change is included.
Landing validation and path
The authorized landing replay is on475127d4 (#645). It preserves main's complete Grafana W1b notes and re-applies the reviewed dashboard note. All unowned main registry entries remain byte-identical, and all53 owned non-registry files have current registry hashes. Replay checks pass:223 affected tests (7 skips),721 tests in the eleven PyYAML-gated modules (47 skips), and six focused merger controls (no skips). Main's unchanged sources from475127d4 pass150 tests (7 skips), including the unchanged host-merger, tool-name and run-correlation modules. The install-plan and generated-dashboard checks pass; scripts/validate.py exits0. Native Node6/6 is reused from the completed phase because its inputs did not change.
The earlier complete Python phase on base003804f2 ran11,561 tests in the private, activated Python3.12 environment with checksum-locked CI dependencies and an initially empty HOME. It returned12 failures,1 setup error and1,211 skips. Each of the13 failing method/class selectors reproduces on clean main003804f2 in the same environment; no test was edited. These are declared baseline failures under the co-op's instructions, not a claim that the full phase passed. The setup-error selector is the runnable LinuxPlatformDependencyTests class. CI requirements SHA256:0b37433fb0fb165c893737e8e887581a07a6469683fbdf67ada1a08288758605; original pip-freeze SHA256:efd7c60ca69afe49918441138c3f3461b9c6e513628f562d5503362f8225c105. C1 exposed that this environment lacked the workflow's second pinned requirements file, so its YAML-gated tests had skipped. The replay adds unchanged requirements-validation.txt (SHA256:458d8cb1fef26d0d0a9a6a76707c0bad04fe84558550db750d50af206fecba81) and runs all eleven gated modules, as the command center directed instead of a second full phase. The new freeze SHA256 is e7d19cac4e91ceebe0d41b55581eb7a6dd8e7ebc021ce9a8b03dfe16056789d0. Original baseline logs and runnable IDs remain unchanged in durable lane state.
Landing path: the co-op's content read of27c8a4de closes F1–F8; the next head carries C1/V1–V4 and only the authorized #645 replay delta. The command center ACKs that head;5f alone lands it with green hosted CI. The relayed queue position is after#645;#825 remains dependent on LANDED775. The public hosted validate result remains the landing gate. Shared install-plan neighbour#723 is already landed and preserved.
Contract changes
tests.test_observability_writer_identity.NativeCollectorTests: kind5 runtime binding/eligibility adaptation, accepted by name under CC item171356Z. Maintained inputs aremanifests/stack.json:1102(Collector pin) andevidence/artifacts/new-wsl-install-plan-20261002/install-plan.json:2239(native executable destination). The dated7October existing-native-writer-contracts amendment records the choice; it does not supply either maintained input.NativeCollectorTests.setUpand.post: kind2a synthetic fixture extensions for the new isolated guard/scope-attribute test; existing methods retain the prior pipeline and default payload.NativeCollectorTests.test_sessions_and_processes_are_separate_writers_and_collapsed_streams_add_up: kind1 assertion inventory, retained by name under CC item172216Z. All five prior main assertions remain AST-identical (Claude60/14, Codex2000/4000, phase4/4, no conversion errors, incoming session-group telemetry); exactly-two-point/no-agent-label checks add constraints. Main had no three-point assertion. The npm setup-class failure is environment-dependent: this lane resolves npm to a mise shim invalid under empty HOME, while the co-op launcher places real node/npm directories first on PATH and all28 tests pass there. The lane's exact main-run failure remains in baseline-final-summary-failures.log and its class selector remains in the declared baseline file.
C1 and V1–V4 closures
The replay's extra adaptations are the dated M1/disposition record, preserved645 Grafana notes, the C1 merger guard/order support and new controls, the appended historical documentation locator and manual Loki endpoint instructions. The original fifteen disclosed adaptations remain. No host activation, client configuration or new feature selection is included.
